Starting the Weekend

Well, it is rainy here. We are getting remence from a NorEaster that hit North Carolina. However, we really needed the rain. Our yard was starting to look like the Sahara and that is pretty bad since we only have moss for grass and that usually doesn't go brown. The only problem is it looks like Matt's game will be canceled for tomorrow. They may reschedule for Sunday, but Dave was hoping not so he could catch some football. We will see. I was glad to hear Tim made it to England just fine and he sounds like he fits right into the area like it is home. Hitting the pub and eating fish and chips, I wish I could be there sharing a beer with him.

As I am sure Marla and the kids are looking forward to there trip to see daddy. Tim if you are checking this out... WE are so proud of you and wish you the best trip ever! You are in our prayers and thoughts everyday, as well as your beautiful wife and children. Enjoy the experience it seems like a once in a life time thing! Love from the Fitzmorris Family!

More Rhode Island pics

Soccer

Matt played Goalie for the first time today. He did very well, blocked a few shots, but we ultimately lost 8 - 0. Not the greastest game today, but it was the whole team that was off. They all looked like they had parachutes on today. It was a little hotter. Poppy came down to visit and watch Matt, while Sueanne was spending the day in New York, City. We had a nice visit, but short since Matt had school work and then to our Surprise another practice after his game that night. Crazy day! HOPE all of you are checking out the last YANKEE STADIUM GAME. You know where both my men are tonight. Love, Auntie Tracey

Poppy's new house

I finally got some pics set up from our trip to Rhode Island. Check out Poppy and Sueanne's new house.

Saturday September 20th

Today I had a lia Sopia Party at my house. I invited Co-workers, had about 6 and it was fun. Just a brunch and a lot of laughs. Dave took Matt for a hair cut, then to Nana and Grandpa's house for a few hours. They came home with Madden 08 for the Wii game and after cleaning Matts room together have been playing ever since. Tomorrow is Soccer. Wish Matt luck, he asked to be the goalie (Yikes), always makes us nervous. Love Aunte Tracey

The weekend

Hi everyone,
The weekend was good! We went down to see Poppy and Sue anne on Saturday. Westerly RI is very nice! They are renting a cottage only 1/4 mile from the ocean. We fished, had lobster and drove to Watch Hill. I never seen that place before. it was very nice. The weather was cloudy so not many people out. It was a perfect day to go. WE also saw their new house being built. It is a secluded area, so they should really enjoy the privacy. I started to take pics and my camera died. Hoping it isn't anything major since we just bought it. Sunday was Soccer day. Matt is on the travel team but we played in Wolcott this weekend. Their team tied 2-2, so it was a fun close game to watch. Hot as heck, but the kids hung in there and played hard. Matt plays defense and has a nice strong kick. We just have to take the parachute off his back. He is a slow runner like mom! Hope you all have a great week. Work, school and practices for soccer keep us running. Love Auntie Tracey

Cape Cod Vacation

Hi Everyone,

Marla Started a Blog and I liked it so much, I decided to try one too. I think this is a great way to keep in touch with each other and let the family see pictures and video we take. I wanted to post a lot of our pictures from Cape Cod for everyone to see. This is such a special place in all our hearts, but with Tim's family not being so close to enjoy, I thought we could give him a better taste. Emilie, Hannah and Jack can see where we grew up in the summers. Enjoy the shots and I can't wait to add more. Love all of you, The Fitzmorris Family
