Christmas was perfect this year at the Fitzmorris home. Matt woke up soooo excited and got all the toys he asked Santa for. He is one lucky boy. He got a bunch of Nerf guns, Ipod accessories, Monopoly with a credit card swiper (very cool, you don't play with money. It keeps track of everything), his usual of deodorant, soap, tooth paste, etc... Dave got from Santa a coat he had been looking at for sometime, nice black London fog wool coat and I got CD's and Momma Mia movie. Then we went to Diane and Bob's house (aka Nana & Grandpa). We had a nice dinner together, then presents and the kids got a lot...The girls were adorable and wore beautiful outfits. Matt is getting older and just hung out in the corner with his Ipod...looks to much like a teenager, but I know he had a lot of fun. We called it an early night everyone was tired, so home by 6:00pm and walked the dogs. Oh, the dogs got bones and toys too, so spoiled, but we love them. Thank you everyone for all the nice gifts and thoughts over the Holidays. It is the best time ever, because we always get reminded how loved we are and hope you realize how loved all of you are. You are all special to us and wish you the best NEW YEARS (2009) EVER!

Christmas in Rhode Island
We went to Poppy and Sue Anne's new home in Rhode Island. It is a beautiful new home and know they will enjoy it a lot! We shared Christmas presents...Matt got a new I pod and he loves it! The adults all enjoyed their gifts. Then as you can see by the pictures we sat down and had a wonderful dinner of Lobster. It was a great time by all. Have a great trip to California and give all the kids hugs from us. Merry Christmas!! Love, Tracey, Dave & Matt

New Hampshire 2008
Hope everyone had a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving! We had a wonderful weekend. It started out with Turkey at Dave's parents house. The meal and company were a lot of fun and relaxing.
Watched football, go Giants and Matt took walks with his grandpa. Friday we went to New Hampshire and were guests of Gary and Lisa's at this beautiful home they rent. Glenn, Amy, Michael, Caitlin, Dave, Me, Matt, Gary, Lisa, Jill, Kendall and Glenn's new dog Boomer were all together for a fun weekend. The first night we hung out, played games and had pizza. Saturday was a beautiful day and we walked around North Conway, had lunch and bought some fun trinkets. When we got back to the house it was still light out and nice so Gary, Lisa, Jill, Kendall, Dave, Matt and I went for a walk from the house into Jackson Village. Really pretty little town, we saw a horse drawn sleigh, went into a antique store that was more new art then antiques, but a neat looking building, took pictures of all of us out. The kids went in played in the snow a few times and then Sunday we all went to Santa's Village. It was chilly, but we had a great time. We went on almost all the rides, the kids got cards to stamp the alphabet on and receive a diploma and big pencil at the end, each one got to see Santa and tell him what he wants for Christmas. Michael was to cute and hoping not to break Santa's bank with his item, so at first wouldn't tell him what he wanted, then finally Mom got him to say it. We all warmed up getting a bite to eat in a warm building, having mini donuts we all loved and shared, riding the humbug cars me with Amy and us laughing our heads off, it was all just such fun!!! Here are some pics of our fun. Love all of you and can't wait to see everyone soon. Auntie Tracey

Matt's 12th Birthday
Hardly can believe it has been 12 years. I don't feel any different, but when I look at Matt, I do see the years going by faster then they should. I have loved every moment with this now to be young man. I think he had an excellent Birthday. We had three of his friend stay overnight. They were all excellent. One boy had to get up and go to baseball this morning, so he actually went to bed at 11:00pm. Matt and his other friend stayed up until 3:30a.m. (I was told). Dave and Ibought him Rock Band for his Wii. You get a set of drums, guiter and microphone and you get points on which device you use. Yes, even singing. Dave and I played it the first time we took it out. I did the drums and got 80% which I didn't think was too bad (on Easy). The singing I tried next, not so good. It is fun. They boys had fun with it. We also watched Iron Man and the Hulk movies last night. It was like Hurricane weather, a lot of leaves came down last night.
Everyone enjoy their week, I am off to cleaning up the mess.
Love, Tracey
